Poland's Warsaw airport closed after emergency landing

Warsaw's Frederic Chopin Airport will remain closed until 8:00am local time today after an emergency landing of a Polish airlines Boeing 767 on Tuesday afternoon, local media reported.

The plane from Newark of the United States,,Moncler men jackets, with 230 passengers aboard, made an emergency landing in Warsaw after its landing gear failed to open.

No one aboard the plane was injured, said Leszek Chorzewski, spokesperson for LOT, the Polish airline that operated the flight.NEC Projector Lamp

"All safety procedures worked perfectly well and, thanks to this, there were no casualties," Chorzewski stressed.

A fire brigade laid out special material with fire-fighting substances for the plane to land on and passengers were evacuated from the plane.discounted designer handbags

The airport has been closed for all flights until 8:00am today.

All planes that were to land in Warsaw will be directed to other Polish airports, Chorzewski said.

Poland's President Bronislaw Komorowski, in a televised speech,Moncler women's jackets thanked the pilots and crew of the plane and all the airport services and praised the behavior of the passengers "who effectively cooperated during this very difficult moment."
